What's available?
Any of the existing collections can be customized! There's no limitations on colors(except on hats), either. Product types that don't exist for one collection can be created for others(ex: There's no "Speak!" hoodies, but I can make them!)
Please note that I do have some restrictions based on which collection you're pulling from. If you want something from the "Speak!" collection, then the word you want printed should follow the idea of "sounds pups/pets make". Similarly, the "Identity" collection is meant for descriptors/names.
Is there anything you don't do?
I do not do digital art commissions. The artwork I make is not available for purchase. Only the apparel/products are available.
Also, please keep in mind that I have the right to not do your custom design for any reason. These reasons include, but are not limited to: The end result will not look good or is otherwise not possible to print correctly, the requested work doesn't fit the theme of the collection it's coming from, or the requested work is something I do not want associated with myself or the store. The manufacturer of my products also has the right to deny creating/shipping anything they consider "obscene content".
How do I start?

What can I do to help the process?
If you're looking to match colors with your pup hood or anything else, please have well lit photographs of it. Preferrably direct sunlight. I can't guarantee an exact color match because of how printing works, but a well lit picture will help me get as close as possible.
If there are very specific shades of colors you want me to use, feel free to send the hex color code to me! While the printed color can't be exact due to printing limitations, it'll be as close as I can get.
Can I coordinate my colors with someone else's custom order?
Absolutely! If the other person has already ordered their's, just let me know who they are. I can be sure to use the exact same colors.
Will my commissioned piece be available to anyone that visits the shop?
Unlikely, unless I get many requests for the same thing.
How much does it cost?
Bare minimum, I charge an extra $20 commission fee per custom item being purchased. But every commission is different and every order is different! Prices will vary based on how much work needs to be done and how many items you're planning to order.
Please keep in mind that I may waive the commission fee depending on what you're looking for, so don't let that stop you from reaching out!
Site-wide sales and other discounts do not apply to commissioned work unless explicitly stated in the sale promotion.
When do I pay you?
After I've shown you the final design and you approve of it, you'll receive a link to the shop for your specific custom item. No payment is required until you actually order the products.
If you're requesting a lot of work, I may ask for a non-refundable deposit.
Can I cancel my order?
Up until you pay, yes, you can back out of the custom process. After you pay, the manufacturing process begins and I'm unable to stop it.
What about returns or refunds? What if I don't like how it turns out in the end?
Everything in the store is made-to-order and so there are no return/refunds available unless there's a major manufacturing problem. I can not refund due to colors being slightly off, the wrong size ordered, or otherwise just not liking the end result. Please message me on social media if you have an issue with the final product though and I'll see what I can do.
How long does it take to get my custom order?
I will generally let you know when I can start working on it. However, keep in mind that I work a full time job and this shop is just a hobby! I will get to it as soon as I can. If any unforeseen circumstances come up that prevent me from working on it in a reasonable timeframe, I will let you know.
